3）常常反省油质状况，发现吸沙泵及蜕变应实时改换真空油，确保2X-4旋片真空泵任务正常；
4）换真空油的刻日，按实践运用前提和可否知足功能要求等状况思索，由用户酌情决议。普通2x系列旋片式真空泵，抽除洁净枯燥的气体时，建议在任务100小时左右换油一次。待油中看不到黑色金属粉末后，今后可恰当延伸改换真空油刻日；
